Important Update: 2026 Core Policy & Service Contract Revisions.


At Independent Service LLC, we are constantly striving to streamline our operations, protect our clients, and ensure we deliver the highest quality contracting and emergency services possible. To maintain this standard of efficiency and security, we have updated several of our core business policies.

Please note that these policies are retroactively effective as of January 1, 2026, and apply to all service contracts, whether executed prior to or after this date.


1. Streamlined Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration

To ensure a swift, fair, and cost-effective resolution to any potential disagreements, Independent Service LLC utilizes structured arbitration rather than traditional court litigation.

The Policy: By entering into a contract with Independent Service LLC, the customer agrees to settle any and all disputes exclusively through legal arbitration.

Binding Agreement: The results of this arbitration process are fully binding by law upon both parties. Traditional litigation or lawsuits will not be pursued by recipient.

2. Mandatory Digital Registration via the Indy Serv Mobile App

We are fully shifting our contract management and client communication to our digital ecosystem to ensure project transparency and accurate record-keeping.

The Policy: All customers must become active members of the Indy Serv mobile app as a mandatory requirement of their service contract.

Validation of Terms: To ensure mutual intent and clarity, no agreement or contract shall be recognized as legally binding upon Independent Service LLC if the customer fails to register on our official website (independentservice.info). Taking this step secures your project slot and activates our operational obligations.

3. Transition to Cashless Payments & Processing Fees

To increase financial security, reduce administrative delays, and protect our field teams, Independent Service LLC has transitioned to a completely cashless business model.

The Policy: Cash and physical checks are no longer accepted for any services, deposits, or final payments.

Payment Methods: Customers must make all payments using a major credit or debit card of their choice.

Processing Fee: Please note that a 3.5% service charge will be applied to all card transactions to cover merchant processing fees.

If you have an active project or a past contract initiated in 2026, these terms are already seamlessly integrated into your account file. If you have not yet downloaded the Indy Serv mobile app or finalized your registration on our website, please take a brief moment to do so today to ensure your service contract remains fully active and in good standing.
